This Week in Physics Dec. 9-13

 In Physics

Dear Parents,

This week was full of tests.  Between MAP testing, unit tests and our final exam your student is most likely a bit drained!  But I am glad to say they are almost all doing exceptionally well.  Next week we will take a break from labs and tests and do paperwork so they can relax a bit.

We have already begun our background research for the Science Fair and the STEM Fest.  They will begin their research papersnext week.    Please keep in mind the science fair / STEM fair will be one of the largest grades the students will have the entire year.

Go here to see the deadlines and all the current information about the STEM Festival and the Science Fair:

Just as a reminder, students cannot make up labs if they are absent, but they can take detailed notes and complete the practice sets for full credit. Tests can be made up online once they have been assigned. They will be found under assignments in your student’s ck12 account.

I would love to hear any feedback or questions you or your student may have.  Feel free to contact me via email at any time.

Thank you again,
