This Week in AP Bio (Sep 8-11)

Dear Parents and students,

I am so excited to see everyone this week.  We will have all the in person students attending.  This past week we had another Free Response test review.  It was grueling but the students did great.  We are back to normal this week.  I hope to have a few labs towards the end of the year but for now I want to make sure the students are well exposed to the material so when we review before the AP test they are already very prepared.

Here is our class schedule for the week:

Monday NO SCHOOL

3.3 Environmental Impacts on Enzyme Function
Read and take notes on Openstax: 7.2 & 7.3
Collegeboard AP Classroom: Unit 3 Quiz 3 (80% or higher or ask for reset)
Prepare a 5-10 minute presentation on 7.4 & 7.5.  Be ready to present at any moment!

3.4 Cellular Energy
Read and take notes on Openstax: 7.4 & 7.5
Collegeboard AP Classroom: Unit 3 Quiz 4 (80% or higher or ask for reset)
Prepare a 5-10 minute presentation on 8.1 & 8.2.  Be ready to present at any moment!

3.5 Photosynthesis
Read and take notes on Openstax: 8.1 & 8.2
Collegeboard AP Classroom: Unit 3 Quiz 5 (80% or higher or ask for reset)
Prepare a 5-10 minute presentation on 7.6 & 7.7.  Be ready to present at any moment!

3.6 Cellular Respiration
Read and take notes on Openstax: 7.6 & 7.7
Collegeboard AP Classroom: Unit 3 Quiz 6 (80% or higher or ask for reset)
Prepare a 5-10 minute presentation on 8.3.  Be ready to present at any moment!
